
Chef Angela likes to get creative with adding booze to her jams & pickles. ( The alcohol gets cooked off in the canning process but the flavor stays.) Lucky for us, we have a FANTASTIC neighborhood distillery, KOVAL, to supply her creative endeavors. These Sweet Whiskey Pickles are one of those experiments that Chef Angela is quite proud of.
Ingredients : Cucumbers, KOVAL Bourbon, Brine (water, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, sugar, pickling spice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg).
