Chef Angela likes to get creative with adding booze to her jams & pickles. (The alcohol gets cooked off in the canning process but the flavor stays). Lucky for us, we have a fantastic neighborhood distillery, Koval, to supply her creative endeavors. These Sweet Whiskey Pickles are one of those experiments that Chef Angela is quite proud of.
Ingredients : Cucumbers, Koval Bourbon, brine (water, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, sugar, pickling spice), cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.
