Southern Illinois grows some amazing pickling cucumbers if you catch 'em at the right time. These we make for our house made 1000 Island dressing for our Turkey Reuben, but go great just about any way you'd like.
Ingredients: Cucumbers, onions, brine (water, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, kosher salt, organic cane sugar, pickling spices), turmeric, calcium chloride.
